Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

We dont get any visibility on who is watching the demos on the customer side, we need to have more visibility on that. Who is watching the demo, for how long they are watching the demo, what they focus on... it is key for us to get all this information

  • Tracking which part of the demo are more appreciated
  • Tracking for how long the customers are watching the demo

Cons

  • It could be easy to generate a demo link
  • Integrations with other systems are not always easy to implement
  • 10% more accurate forecasting date, due to understading better engagement on customer side
It is very easy to use and to learn how to use it. It can be customized a lot, which is good and bad, as the adminisrator could make it more complex for the end users to use it (they want to gather more data at the expense of the easiness of use).

-You need to get data on customer behaviours or on demo you are sending to customers. You want to know if your champion is forwarding the demo to the decision maker, the economic buyer ecc.
