Overall Satisfaction with Consensus
I work at Blackbaud and use Consensus almost daily. As an account executive for current clients, it is very helpful to have prerecorded demonstrations at my disposal for clients to see functionality of what they own. I am also able to use it to prequalify any evaluations. My clients can get a high level view of our software and decide if its worth moving forward with. This enables clients to watch demonstrations on their own time before committing to a live demo. Using Consensus is very easy and user friendly. I am able to track who is watching what and if they are really engaged. I really enjoy using Consensus and would highly recommend it.
Pros
- Help current clients see functionality of tools they own
- Prequalify sales pursuits
- Provide high level demonstrations to clients interested in an evaluation.
Cons
- No problems with Consensus! I need our team to upload more content.
- If the engagement on a demo is high, I feel that the client is more likely to be serious about the evaluation.
- If the demo is shared with other team members, I feel that the client is more likely to move forward with the evaluation.
