Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

Our software solution is more technical than most, and has specific value across a multitude of verticals. It’s difficult to communicate the technical nuances that benefit certain industries. Our engineers are on high demand, and instead of having them take time to highlight the value of our solution each time we engage them with a prospect, we’re able to share the Consensus videos prior to their engagement and cover the “50,000 ft overview” via the short videos and find more value in technical discovery as it pertains to a specific use case. It has helped us expedite the sales process and enables our prospects to learn about our solution at their convenience. There are also stats that speak to viewings, sharing of videos, and allows the prospects to select what areas of the solution are most important to them for additional insights. Very powerful tool for our sales and sales engineering departments.

A great solution between discovery and technical demonstrations. Insight on what aspects of the solution prospect/customers value most. Expedited sales cycle. Stats on viewership. Highlighting valuable areas of software solutions with multiple value props for multiple industries or personas. Saving engineers for more valuable conversations as opposed to taking time having very basic conversations.
