Overall Satisfaction with Consensus
I use Consensus to send pre-recorded demos to customers and prospects. This helps me with a few things. It saves me time because I am not spending time on demos that are not qualified. It also saves my solution consultants time for the same reason. When customers or prospects watch the demo, it also gives me an understanding of what is most important to that person or group, how long they watch it, if they watch it multiple times, and if they share it with other people. It ultimately helps me be more efficient at my job.

- The analytical dashboard can be little confusing because I can see details for my whole company
- Better way to record personalized videos in the beginning. They don't have any background filtering ability.
