Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

We use CF for project tracking, scheduling, estimates, and financials. Having it all in one place makes it easier and there's less room for mistake. We are still in the first few months of using it but we are extremely grateful for the patient and helpful chat support people they have. They are always ready to help and waiting time is basically non-existent. We appreciate the training sessions they conduct which really helps improve our workflow.

  • Since we have been using CF for less than a year, there hasn't been any significant ROI's yet but organization wise, we feel like CF will be most helpful once we transition everything from our previous methods (manual recording) to CF.
Overall, CF has been helping us track, compile, and review our projects and getting insights is probably one of the most important reviews we could have since it shows all the areas where we did good and areas that could definitely use some improvement. The chat support emphasizes their usability because most of the problems we encountered were solved by the lovely people who help us through chat.

CF is best for construction and project management companies. Especially now with our growing team, having them get used to the program is an must to ensure that everyone does the same thing and that everything is standardized. Once you get the hang of how the program works, everything will come in easier. CF is also well mapped with how the buttons and sections are located which makes it easier especially for our team who is composed of people from various age groups.
