- There may be a specific feature that your company needs that Contractor Foreman does not provide. (Although they are constantly improving and adding features)
- The program can be slow to load if you have a slower internet connection
- No module for customer selections.
- When running into issues, time is money. The quick and efficient customer service has saved us employee time in troubleshooting. No issue has put us at a stand still, it always gets resolved.
- To-do lists work so seamlessly. In the past, to-dos could easily get missed and we would end up sending someone to site and they don't complete everything required. Having everything in a foolproof system means we don't lose money making multiple trips when the list of to-do's could have been completed in one trip.
Contractor Foreman is committed to not only update their software consistently, but they also are committed to adding new features as their clients request them. If there is a feature that they do not have, there probably is a plan to implement it in the near future. Our previous project management software actually stopped all updates.
