Contractor Foreman is a great option for small to medium size contactors

We are a residential renovator. We use the software to administer many different areas of our company. Being a small business, it is nice to find an affordable option that is so functional. This software package flows well and enables you to have one software that is integrated to manage almost all aspects of the business.
Pros
- The service is top notch. You would be hard pressed to find other options with this kind of service.
- The ability to have your project flow through the modules makes it a breeze to use.
- Being able to track time as well is a key feature.
Cons
- Some modules don't have quite the functionality of more expensive competitors. Selections was one area we struggled with.
- A more interactive estimate to project accepting to invoice stage would have been a welcome upgrade.
- The on site management tools were a bit cumbersome and almost too complicated to make effective use of.
- It enabled us to provide our clients with a much higher level of service and attention to detail without hiring an extra person.
- It was also working in the background even if you were on site. This allowed you to multi-task and get more projects rolling.
- As we grew, Contractor Foreman enabled us to track everything we needed to track.

No we didn't. They providede excellent support to begin with so there were no reasons to.
Yes - It was resolved and fixed in the next release. They immediately took the info to figure out how they could make it better. They then actually implemeted it!
I can't think of an exact time, but it was just constantly provided. They were always available to help get our questions answered and problems fixed.
