Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

I am a site manager and many of the features are really useful, especailly those that allow me to coordinate with my senior team. The site diary feature lets me add all delivery notes/photos observations and H&S comments to the app which then can thne be viewd by the senior team in the office. Previously everything had to be confirmed by email which as well as being time consuming, often went wrong when paperwork and photos would get lost before being sent - now everything is uploaded straight away.

Pros

  • Photos - enables tags (for easy searching) and everything to be in one place
  • daily logs - to remember things that would otherwise be forgotten

Cons

  • drawing storage - not intuitve to use or share with subcontractors
  • photos - reducing resolution often removes detail
  • helps manage my site in an organised manner
  • helath & saftey - tracking, notes and sharing recommondations to improve
Easy to use, especially the mobile app which is useful when sharing with subbcontractors - one area that would really make it a perfect program would be by updating the drawoing storage function and storing photos at their original resolution as the detail can sometimes be really important further down the line

it works well for a site manager - it is constantly improving as well, I do not know what it costs as I am not involved in those things
