Manage daily tasks, ensure the daily schedules are running on time. Teach users on how to use the product. Implement Control-M for new customers wanting digital business automation. Assist customer in their migration from a different product to Control-M. Create plans for customers to upgrade to newer version of Control-M. Create plans for customers wanting to upgrade Control-M to Helix.
