Overall Satisfaction with Control-M
Control-M is used for job automation and coordination across many multiple applications and infra environments globally. This ensures dependencies are addressed, allows quick notification on failure and pinpoints where that failure is, and ensures jobs can be re-run when needed

- Automated execution of jobs on a schedule or based on dependency completion
- Notification of success or failure
- Integration with numerous environments across multiple hosting and OpCo sources/targets
Cons
- Ability to host securely in the cloud - currently there are still some plain text data in transports
- Integration with AWS Native automation without high customization
- Allowed single automation platform rather than multiple team dependent or location dependent tools
- Visual identification of status and issues, including highlighting failure points
- Working across multiple hosting environments
