Overall Satisfaction with Control-M

Control-M is used as a automation tool for our products. It helps us to implement manual task into automated proceses in order to achieve our business goals.

Pros

  • The use of Managed Transferred Files option to automate our data transfer.
  • Implementation of Disaster Recovery test through Control-M job executions
  • Batch jobs executions of our critical financial enviroment (within email notification to the end user)

  • Speed on data transactions is vital so we can deliver process to our end used maintaining the SLA´s
  • Financial transactions through Control-M helps our financial cycle to be more effective.

Control-M It´s easy to use through it´s Graphical Unit Inteface. It allows you to see your execution (graphically) and control of it´s services with Configuration Manager (CCM)
Control-M allows you to run several types of batch jobs. For this case, SAP jobs which are not available to JAMS.
