Overall Satisfaction with PiiQ by Cornerstone

Usability

I still have difficult with ease of use from an administrative perspective. The option to merge market/stores and users is limited. The ability to search by our field option dealer level is limited, if not available.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use Cornerstone for training reporting, e-learning and document sharing. We are able to connect with thousands of users across the globe. It provides us a central location to house information for a variety of users. We have also been able to utilize Adobe Connect Integration allowing us to provide more offerings for our customers.

The specific scenarios where Cornerstone Growth Edition is well suited is for language offering and global exposure. It is also well suited for instructor led capabilities and Adobe Connect Integration with Cornerstone is available. The specific scenarios where Cornerstone Growth Edition is less appropriate are reporting options for unique curriculum structures, a large module removal tool, and copy and merge functions for market/stores.
