Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We began using Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) this time last year and launched it to the entire company. It has allowed us the ability to track training, upload certifications and demonstrated abilities, and keep our stakeholders current on their recurrent training expectations. It is reliable and easy to use from the end user perspective.

Pros and Cons

Easy to navigate to areas of the platform
Reports at a fingertip with various information available
Access to records for review to stay up to date and knowledgeable of the training needs

I don't have as much experience from the administrative side but from what I have used the system seems pretty straight forward and easy to use.

Return on Investment

We have had more stakeholders attend training since implementing CSOD
Out of date certificates and recurrent trainings have reduced significantly

Likelihood to Recommend

Keeping track of individual training needs, accomplishments and requirements. If you need to know when you have upcoming training due or a certificate is getting ready to expire, CSOD is great for keeping you up to date on that and a simple click of the mouse takes you to the training you need to do. I love the way the eLearnings we create are easily uploaded into the system.
