Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
Cornerstone OnDemand is used as a talent management suite. We have deployed the Recruitment and Learning module; Compensation will also be deployed soon. We are currently studying the implementation of other modules in order to have an even better level of service for our employees. It is used across the whole company and all employees use it, e.g. for training, recruitment, and forms.

- Easy to configure by ourselves
- Constantly evolving with the market needs to improve the services offered (e.g. communities)
- Cloud technology
- Profile management is quite difficult to handle at the beginning
- HR Administration side could be more developped
- Less time spent on CV analysis
- An unique system for training & recruitment = less adaptation needed
- Work is more digital (less paper) & automatized
It was the easiest to use and configure and had the better ratio between price and service offered. It was also the most accurate system to fulfill our requirements (certification management, pool of candidates...). The design and technology of the solution was great. The support offered by CSOD was also a big advantage in the decision (help to configure, to implement and to develop the system). Also, the solution was quite new and in constant development (releases every quarter) which is really attractive because we know we can have more features.
