Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We are using CSOD to align our entire employee life cycle process, with a focus on learning and engagement. CSOD allows us to improve communication and workflow across shifts and globally, across time zones as our company continues to grow and expand.

Pros

  • Integrated modules across all areas.
  • Allows for robust performance reviews connected to learning outcomes.
  • New support process from CSOD is easier to navigate and more responsive.

Cons

  • It is an enterprise system--there are many features to learn and more documentation about the ways in which modules interact and overlap would be helpful.
  • This is yet to be determined, but I feel overall it'll be a good implementation.
It is very well suited for organizations with systems and processes already in place, and with someone who can dedicate substantial time to learning the ins and outs of the system on-site.

Not suitable for someone looking for quick and easy out of the box configuration.
