Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
Cornerstone is being used by everyone in our company. it is our LMS System and Performance Review system. We conduct all internal training, videos, and online courses through Cornerstone. We also have our quarterly check-ins and annual reviews within Cornerstone. We also use Connect to store and share files and documents to all employees in the community.
- Capabilities, Cornerstone has endless capabilities and they keep enhancing after every update.
- Express Class, This has been a huge time saver. It allows you to quickly give credit to an employee for training.
- Online Help, They have communities that allow you to bounce ideas off of other users and experts.
- A lot for small companies, If you are not using all modules you seem to miss out on a lot.
- Often get a lot of complaints from users that it's too hard to use. They are working on this.
- User-friendliness.
- Positive, We get all of our employees their annual training and are able to track their progress.
- Negative, Our employees complain about the chunkiness of the system.
The employee who implemented Cornerstone is no longer with the company. I'm not sure if we looked at others.
