Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Used by the entire organization for Learning, compensation, and performance.

Pros

  • Tracks learning for individual users
  • woks well with online SCORM and AICC Content
  • supports an awesome user community

Cons

  • Support can be inconsistent
  • documentation has recently gotten less accurate
  • the CSM model has changed and we have gone through 4 CSMs in 2 years.
  • Allows us to track and provide quick data for compliance needs.
  • Gives us the ability to provide an integrated virtual learning experience for remote workers.
  • Makes it easy for employees to see their training requirements and complete training.
Leaps and Bounds better. It's been many years since I've used another product, but Cornerstone is one of the best if not the best product I've used. It's easy as a learner and administrator.
I think it is just right. You can take what they give and the product works great, but if you want to get a bit crazy you can do that too. They balance extensible and ease of use very well.

Cornerstone is a great product for companies needed a robust learning product. It works great with performance and compensation. The recruiting module has a way to go.
