Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
Cornerstone OnDemand has helped consolidate our training into one platform for easy access and use for our users. It can be tough to get people to use Cornerstone OnDemand but once they start using it, it is easy for them to navigate the system. It is nice that the system does not change all that much with updates and makes it pretty user friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with Cornerstone OnDemand and hope to implement new features that they have to offer in the near future.
