Well, to be honest, Criteo Dynamic Retargeting should be used in a complementary way with Facebook DPA. This because Facebook has a different inventory and works in a different way using a different layer of data, with a different optimization system and in a different environment! It is different for Google Dynamic Remarketing or other solutions like Jampp or RTB house where you compete for almost the same inventory with less machine learning.
