  • Users can schedule or view the reports through a secure web portal.
  • It can be used with Xcelsius (dashboard design tool).
  • It can be exported to different formats.

Cons

  • It needs Crystal Reports Server / Business Objects Enterprise to share reports over the web.
  • Licensing fee is high for big companies.
We currently used Crystal Reports 2008 and our end users like it
  • End users can see the latest data outputs.
  • The Report outputs can be shared everywhere.
It is one of the popular reporting tools and it is easy to learn. It works with different databases.
