Overall Satisfaction with CSRconnect

It is being used across the entire organization for volunteerism and donation matching.

Administrative back-office use is very clunky and could use a better CRM design.

Time saved - The product works well so there is not a lot of back and forth with account management.

The employee interface is great. The administrative back office interface is hard to use.

Account management could be more responsive at times.

Transitioning from an acquired vendor was a nightmare. Treat all implementations like new clients.

CSRconnect is great to find volunteer opportunities or submit a match request.
