Overall Satisfaction with CSRconnect

CSRconnect is being used across our entire organization at TD Ameritrade. From employees at branches to our C-Suite Executives, the platform is leveraged as our place to go for all things community involvement, which includes: volunteerism, matching gifts, dollars for doers and local community grants programs. In the past, we had to track everything mannually, CSRconnect has been a lifesaver in terms of pulling reports, tracking metrics, and being a one-stop-shop for our employees to review their personal giving year over year.
  • Metrics tracking -- CSRconnect makes it so easy to track metrics, especially in terms of volunteerism. You can easily visit the back office and pull any details on your company's volunteer metrics.
  • Reporting -- CSRconnect has great reporting functionality built right into the back office! Super easy to use and very accessible.
  • Giving -- CSRconnect makes it super easy to find a nonprofit and make a donation to the charity of your choice.
  • One thing CSRconnect could do better with is having more functionality surrounding Corporate Social Responsibility (i.e., ESG, Environmental opportunities, etc.). I know Benevity's platform has more to offer in that space.
The platform is super user-friendly and functionable.
We have received tremendous support from our account manager with CSRconnect.
We ran into a few minor bumps, but overall I am very satisdied with the implementation of CSRconnect.
CSRconnect is great for all things volunteerism, company match programs and dollars for doers programs. I love the functionality of the website and how customizable the platform is for those who manage it. I also love how it gives each employee a snapshot of their activity to date. Such a great platform!

Using CSRconnect

274725 - All business functions are represented in our user-base. We offer the platform to all of our full-time and part-time employees.
3 - To support CSRconnect, you must be on our Corporate Responsibility team, which falls under the Marketing Department on the larger Corporate Communications team.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our relationship with CSRconnect and YourCause/Blackbaud thus far.

Evaluating CSRconnect and Competitors

Yes - We were previously working with Good Done Great and they actually got acquired by YourCause who leverages the CSRconnect platform.

CSRconnect Implementation

Yes - First we implemented volunteerism, then we implemented company match program, next we implemented our dollars for doers program and now we are working on implementing our grantmaking program.
Change management was minimal - N/A!
  • I honestly cannot recall. I think timing expectations were a tad off, but we worked together with YourCause and everything ended up working out!

Yes - Yes it was! It was a long time ago and cannot remember what the bug(s) was/were, but they were resolved in a timely fashion. If they hadn't been, I would definitely remember what they were :)
