Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to manage our annual conference hotel reservations - approximately 150 reservations per year. It’s very user-friendly, and an accurate real-time tool. I like that I have the ability to update reservations myself, and not go through a hotel channel. You can export your lists, the countdown tracker to your pick up percentage is handy.

Support is always available. Everything is real-time. It's user-friendly, but when you have things you question, there is a team of support agents to walk you through anything you might need. Again, if you have not tried using Cvent Passkey, I would highly recommend trying it and see what you think.

I would recommend trying it. Give it a go and see the time it saves staff. I know for me it has cut my time spent on hotel reservations by half. It is also easy to learn and teach any new members who come on your team. This is a time saver!
