Overall Satisfaction with D&B Connect
We have a couple of uses...1) quality comparison to our current data and 2) lead generation to find new business opportunities. For Quality Comparison, we map our customer site IDs to DUNS numbers and then pull in the corresponding DUNS data for our review. For Lead Generation, we do searches by geography and product while excluding current customers to find potential customers.
- set up is easy to use
- feedback is very organized
- administration is easy to manage
- in my opinion having to split usage between United States and International does not make sense on why this needs to be done....recommend eliminating this
- need for improvement on error resolution....when an error is found the D&B resolution team is EXTREMELY difficult to work with...very clunky and automated when there is a need for personnal interaction
- for quality control, it has saved us costs of having to add people to staff
- for lead generation, it has led to more customer contacts
For Company data, D&B is much better than ZoomInfo. For Contact data, ZoomInfo is much better than D&B.
