MarketingOS also turns websites into digital storefronts—through enriched forms, unique visitor tracking, and human-first chat experiences—to help improve on-site conversion and to tighten the relationship with sales.

Using MarketingOS, marketers can run display and social advertising campaigns through ZoomInfo’s proprietary demand-side platform and social integrations to target specific professionals, job titles, levels, or functions at in-market accounts exhibiting buyer intent. ZoomInfo was used for prospecting and lead generation. Looking for buyer cues and correct contact information for email and phone campaigns.

  • You will still get invalid contacts
  • plans are small for a lot of money per license
I recommend ZoomInfo because it is a good product, easy to use and pretty accurate compared to the competition. But it is not for everyone because the price point is higher than the competition in the market.

MarketingOS is a great tool for running account-based marketing motions. Due to its seamless integration with the already popular and effective SalesOS platform, its ability to drive sales and marketing alignment is best in class. Build audiences based on ZoomInfo's robust database and then serve ads across various channels to achieve maximum ROI. It's as simple as that. Plus, all the reporting and additional products like FormComplete really get the GTM engine purring.

  • UI could be improved to make things more streamlined.
  • Audience building can be a bit over complex.
  • Better integration with MAS and CRM systems.
If you have a mature ABM model, a decent-sized ad budget, and a willingness to align deeply with your sales team to go after accounts in a coordinated fashion, then MarketingOS is perfect for you. If you are newer to advertising and unsure of your ideal accounts or persona, then marketing is not the best fit. Still, it also has the functionality to help you derive that information. I would say it's a good fit for any B2B organization looking to grow.

We use Zoom info to be able to get more information on prospects, such as who is the relevant person to speak to within a company, and identifying the decision maker, for example, once we have been given a company that might be interested in our services.

Zoom info is suited when you want to find out more information on a specific person or department within a company; it provides detailed company information, which would be difficult and time-consuming to find elsewhere.

It's better than nothing. Their support and customer success teams leave much to be desired. The product lacks complete and seamless integration with their flagship SalesOS product. It did provide insight as to who is visiting the website. The ads component was ok. There is a lot that needs to be improved before purchasing again.

We have several use cases for ZoomInfo at AOT Technologies. First is Lead Intelligence & Generation. Finding in-market Leads within our ICP is hugely valuable. The second is lead qualification. Inbound leads are assessed using Zoominfo to qualify them at the top of funnel.
Lastly, Sales and Leadership use the platform to gain insights into market behaviours.
  • Breadth of leads in North America

  • Pricing - right now they are leveraging incumbent status
  • Leads in Europe and SEA are lacking
  • Intent data is interesting but often out of date
In a larger organization where a Sales team needs to quickly qualify leads, or gain more information about top-of-funnel leads to personalize outreach, Zoominfo is great.
It is less appropriate for small teams on tight budgets where you might struggle to see the value in a premium enterprise solution, that takes a certain amount of bandwidth from your team to leverage properly.
