Overall Satisfaction with D&B Connect

It is about data management and resolving duplicate customer accounts.

Pros

  • Help clean data
  • Matches data with E&B

Cons

  • User interface for managing uploads and downloads
  • Credit system and use is not clear and can be used incorrectly
  • It is pricey compared to the competition
  • It is good, but pricey and takes time to get an ROI for our industry
  • It can integrate well with CRM, so that is a plus if you need it
It is good, some of the competition like Zoominfo has better interface and better accuracy of data, but D&B Connect is cheaper than Zoominfo but more expensive than other competitors.
Not at the top, but pretty good compared to others. The price and overall usability of the solution would put it in the top 5 options from what I have used. If D&B can make more updates and improvements, then there is potential to be better in the near future.

We wanted a solution that helped with deduping and managing account information. Ease of use, integration with our CRM and pricing were important factors in our decision to choose D&B Connect over the competition.
After testing and doing free trials of various products it would have helped to be better prepared with the formats of CRM data and the way we use it to help with the integration of the D&B Connect product to clean our data. It would have speed up the process and saved us support time and communication.
