Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We use D&B for all our credit decision needs.

Pros

  • Credit alerts.
  • Easy to use and read reports.
  • Ability to customize.

Cons

  • Changing administrators was difficult.
  • Reduced DSO.
  • Increased cash flow.
  • Increased sales.
  • Experian Account & Portfolio Management
D&B’s reports are much more user friendly.
I did have a user issue that the support team was able to correct very quickly. I was super impressed with their helpfulness and friendliness.
