We use it to analyze the credit on prospect accounts.
- I think D&B Finance Analytics provides good details on analyzing the delinquency & financial stress scores, Paydex. What is the % of the bills paid on time. How long the customer has been in business, and when was it incorporated. Have they ever been in collection or not. The information is abundant.
- Maybe the verification of a customer can be done faster. Also, there are issues with linking the accounts sometimes, or the number of employees is incorrect, and that can affect the credit rating if there are rules that depend on it.
- We mostly use the D&B Finance Analytics when bringing on board new accounts. It has helped us tremendously when analyzing the credit and bringing on board good customer that pay on time and are solvent. The D&B Finance Analytics alert has helped us to be attentive when situation changes and a customer faces high risk.
They have helped us a lot. Every account that we bring on board is analyzed through GDM and financial analytics.
The usage of the software is very easy. The information that we have been able to receive has a lot of value. We are able to review our customer performance in the current market, among their peers, and also review their history of payment.
GDM and financial analytics are the only products that we use from D&B Finance Analytics.
