Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

Used to extend credit. In my opinion, it's very frustrating the issues that we have on a monthly, and weekly basis. Cases where the page does not open - "gateway error", freezing, and slowness. I wish we could have the option to decline certain updates, where most of the issues happen.

US public records is a great tool to verify the business status history, saving us time to search the secretary of the state separately. Most of the business with less than 2 years old and have no payment history and some business that has been active for many years have 0 history. In my experience, the error on the page and slowness delays our work and disturb the team from doing the main task, verifying credit report.
