Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

D&B is used in our company to determine financial fitness of prospect as well as tenured vendors. The financial posture provided by D&B helps our company determine if a vendor is within our risk appetite or not and if we can reasonably proceed with onboarding or renewing relations. In total D&B has helped our organization scan and risk rate 1000+ vendors.

Pros

  • high touch company, any time we have issues the help desk is quick to respond
  • user interface is seamless. very user friendly
  • offers helpful dashboards

Cons

  • often times analysts feel risk levels and scores are contradictory, leading to inaccurate reports
  • occasionally there are duplicate/conflicting company reports when searching for entities
  • D&B provides a nominal statistic on our vendors to accurately report to our board
D&B has an easy to follow usage meter.
D&B is a very high-touch company that is willing to resolve any issue that arises.
