Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We utilize D&B Finance Analytics in our credit processing procedure. We require our customers to provide us with references when they apply for credit with our company, and in addition to this we pull a D&B report on the organization as well to look at financial stability and for solvency.

Pros

  • Reviewing Credit
  • Investigating Suspicious Activity
  • Fraud

Cons

  • I wish the report would exclude any information my company provides in certain areas of the report
  • Specifically look more at the owners of the company
  • Provide more details on the owners- like home address , personal bankruptcies, etc.
  • It has given more financial information which in return has decreased our overall risk
I have a sales rep that I contact for support and always get a response in a timely manner

It is a great tool to utilize regardless of the situation as more information leads to better decisions. The fewer companies reporting the less valuable it is.
