Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

I use Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room to access and view target company documents for due diligence. Working across multiple projects with different targets on a single platform enables quick and easy access to documents, and the ability to view the contents online removes the risks associated with downloading documents (e.g. data breach, malware). The ability to search across all the documents is helpful when trying to find specific information, as is the feature to submit questions (reduces email clutter).

For very simple small deals, where there is a single interested party and a low number of team members, a simpler solution may be sufficient.
