Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce
We use DayForce for HR, Payroll, Benefits and Talent Acquistion. We are a property management firm with over 3000 employees and this allows us to have an integrated system which flows onto the other modules without having to enter everything manually. We can have employees being hired and flow into the timecards for each site so the managers can see them and see their employee profiles.
Pros
- Flow benefits to payroll elections
- Flow new hires to site managers
- Flow changes to payroll
Cons
- The ability to see more than one week in timesheets
- Be easier to integrate mass changes
- Have better functionality in most modules. Unable to modify without assistance
- Too many upgrades which affect other areas not anticipated
- DayForce has helped us in reporting
- It has helped us with the integration in the system between modules
- It has helped with employee information
- Kronos Workforce Dimensions / UKG Dimensions (discontinued)
It has been timesaving having all in the same application as for the most part information flows over. We have had some issues using Lever being integrated into our payroll system. We have also had issues with taxation and retro adjustments. We have to manually fix them. It should be better built into the system.
