Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce

Dayforce is our HRIS system. We have a complex business reliant on government funding. Dayforce's platform is flexible enough our agency to get what we need from the system. The platform is used by many other local nonprofits, which is very helpful for us. We have had some issues reaching out to Dayforce for adequate support.

Pros

  • User profiles are good
  • Easy to pull up records
  • lots of flexibility and tools

Cons

  • In my opinion, MFA is not very good
  • In my experience, reports are not always easy to generate
  • In my experience, GL interface doesn't identify errors
  • Payroll expense is by far the largest expense of our business
  • Price remains predictable and consistent year over year
  • quarterly tax reports come late

Dayforce is good for nonprofit organizations. We use another company Lifeworks to help communicate with Dayforce for us, since we started using them Dayforce has been better. Dayforce has all the options we need. The data that we need for our records is also easily downloaded and saved. our agency has had issues with Dayforce competitors and data being saved.
