Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce

I use Dayforce in my organization to enter payroll, audit W-2s, process change forms, as well as many more things.

The business problems the product addresses is having a system that can do these things.

Pros

  • Allows us to audit W-2s accurately
  • Allows us to pay our employees accurately and efficiently
  • Allows us to process forms for employees accurately and efficiently

Cons

  • Latency
  • More clear on taxes
  • Clearer communication when issues are occuring
  • We have received positive feedback on pay stubs.
  • We have received negative feedback on latency problems.
  • We have received positive feedback on W-2 access.
I have not used any other systems than Dayforce.
