Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce HCM

Dayforce HCM is being used across the whole organization. We are running smoothly.

Pros

  • It gives very clear picture to all staff.
  • Very user-friendly.
  • Customer services is quite good and quick.
  • Manual is well explained.

Cons

  • Year end CPP and EI discrepancy reports.
  • Various types of tax calculations.
  • Should have provision for using tax credit.
  • Employees are satisfied

  • Ceridian Insync
It is time efficient and user friendly.
Dayforce HCM is well suited for most scenarios. I found some problems with Year End CPP and EI discrepancy reports.

Dayforce HCM Reliability

Because I am feeling very comfortable working with Day force HCM. Almost all features are user friendly .Customer services is good.
As I find it is available almost all time whenever I needed.
Most of the time pages load quickly, I can get the reports in a reasonable time.
