Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce HCM

Dayforce HCM is being used across the whole organization. It covers payroll.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Graphical interface
  • Web based

Cons

  • Employees schedule to allow overlapping
  • Easy to use and also less time spent on payroll.
  • Working only with exceptions helped us out a lot.
We welcome the concept of 'one stop shop'. Not having to manage multiple software is a great asset.
Dayforce HCM is our tool for payroll and it does the job.
