Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce HCM

The program is used for human resources and payroll across all the organization.

Pros

  • It is easy to use
  • It's cloud based
  • It is well developed/configured

Cons

  • The exception errors that come up once in a while
  • Can't do a space if you are using MAC
  • It has simplified all processes.
  • Implementation has taken too long, however.
It has been very functional and easy to use.
It is suited for payrolls and HR definitely. It is less appropriate for recruitment.
