Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce HCM
We use Dayforce for Time and Attendance, Payroll and Benefits. All of our employees use the system to access their timesheets and also to view their paystubs and sign up for insurance. This solved the issue of having multiple systems. Now everything is in one place.
- The system has many features to choose from and a lot to offer so we can use it for many departments in our organization.
- Dayforce is a newer system so it does have its bugs, but it seems that management is listening to customers and addressing issues.
- We can decide what we want our employees to see.
- Reporting still has a lot to improve upon.
- The functionality of workflows should be able to handle more complex scenarios.
- Customers/support should have more access to taxation. This has proven to be an issue this year.
- It takes us less time for payroll processing now
- It is easier to ensure benefits deductions are accurate because they use the same system
- Overall, having 1 system makes processes quicker and allows us to have more free time to focus on other projects
Dayforce allows for customization when it comes to creating pay rules and qualifiers.We also have multiple pay policies for different areas of the organization. These rules ensure that all employees are being paid at the proper rates. They also keep our minds at ease because they help us ensure we are compliant.
Everything is streamlined. It's a much smoother process for all processing needs and the end users are happy they are able to access all of their information in one spot.
