Overall Satisfaction with Degreed
To be able to show skills and expertise. It is used by the whole organization. It addresses imposter syndrome since certificates are in levels. Also, it addresses skill levels of an employee. Degreed is skilled in understanding a person's skill set. I was quite impressed in the methods they figure out expertise.
- Individual Expertise. They need recommendations to complete their assessments.
- I don't have any cons.
- I didn't see room for improvement.
- Boosts morale with employees + encouragement = higher productivity
You can't just buy a certification at Degreed.
