Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One

I used Demandbase One to find prospects that are active on our website, and more specifically, what they have clicked on/interested in learning about so I can contact them to create an opportunity and stay relevant.

Pros

  • providing specific contacts with title
  • what the contact has clicked on
  • how long they spent on the url

Cons

  • separating activity for a contact due to us actively marketing them vs coming to our site on their own
  • identifying new prospects resulting in positive brand awareness and ROI
could use improvement but is insightful
