Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One
We use Demandbase to get insights on how our customers use Datadog, number of users, sessions, features used etc - to better understand the customer usage and maturity so we can better assist them.
We also use Demandbase to analyse the prospecting activity: all engagement moments, heat maps, even identified profiles who navigate on our website, so we can have a more targeted prospecting approach

Pros
- It is easy to visualise data, with point and clic filters
- Demandbase mixes public data (website navigation) and inside data (emails sent) to draw an engagement level with the accounts
- it is easy to build your own dashboard
Cons
- sometimes the load time is a bit long
- it is impossible (to my knowledge) to see aggregated data from several orgIDs based on the fact that they are all linked to one single parent account
- ergonomy could be improved: when changing a filter, I expect that the dashboard will update automatically, instead of having to clic on "update filters"
- No quantified ROI has been build by my team (sales)
- insight for better impact during customer meetings, which helps improve conversion rate in time
- Better meeting conversion ratio thanks to the intelligence
