Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase One

Use Demandbase to track who comes to our website, which resources people check out. We also use it see which keywords are being searched at a higher rate on our site. This gives me an idea of which products to focus on based on what my accounts are looking at.

Pros

  • Track activity across any custom time frame
  • Keyword and product tracking

Cons

  • Finding names of people who visit the site
  • Has helped me convert phone calls into meetings, into opportunities
Some great aspects, but there is room for improvement on the UI/UX side of thigns.
I believe we also use ABM, but not sure. I do not evaluate the tools, I just use them

Very well suited for initial research and to see what kind of engagement is coming from each account. I think it have a better and cleaner interface. Sometimes it is not as easy to navigate through the site and get the info you want. Certain pages look like they have similar info, but in reality do not.
