Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience

DemandScience (DS) offers products designed to either identify, activate or convert leads. We’ve used DS to engage in-market buyers and identify warm leads. DS also offers products to help efforts in driving net new prospects into our view by layering in intent based data to identify our target audience.
  • They understand the marketing funnel and have created product to support each step of the journey.
  • DemandScience is agile in how they work with their clients. They were willing to modify their processes to accommodate ours.
  • Sales does a good job of identifying our needs and making product recommendations.
  • There was a loss in communication during our live campaign. More touch points would be welcome.
  • While leads came through, we are still looking to attribute revenue to these campaigns.
There was a staffing change during our relationship with DS. With that change, our communication dipped. We also need to reach out to learn who our new point of contact was.
