Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience

We had challenges reaching out to the right target audience. With DemandScience, we are able to get the right personas in our database and nurture them to create strong MQLs that convert into pipelines. We use DemandScience as an addition to our marketing efforts to help boost our top of funnel activities.

They are always responsive and help with any information requested. They support our objectives and help craft campaigns that would give us the best results. However, the engagement will last only until the end of the project. I would love to see them follow through to get the info whether these leads converted into pipeline or not.
DemandScience had more authentic data than True Influence. We had a lot of challenges with True Influence, where the data was stale and not current. Our Sales team wasn't very happy, which is why we got back to DemandScience for our second campaign. DemandScience definitely is a better avenue.

When you are exploring a new market or want to refresh your contacts in the existing market, DemandScience helps you add a really good chunk of quality leads to your database. Do not use them if you already have an established target audience - but only use them when you are starting off and are OK with providing some time for these leads to convert.
