Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience Activate (formerly PureB2B)

We wanted to test content syndication for diversifying our ad spend and generating leads. We wanted to repurpose our content in a meaningful way and see if there was value in a different type of campaign than we currently adopt. We ran a pilot program utilizing single-touch and single-touch with a custom question content syndication through Demand Science and are now running an ABM campaign to build our contacts in specific accounts.

  • Demand science always delivers on the agreed-upon number of leads and is always willing to provide credits or rectify mistakes that occurred in lead delivery.
  • The quality of the leads is excellent. The targeting has been spot on for both campaigns; however, the authorities require a lot of nurturing, which our organization doesn’t have much experience with.
  • Leads will need to be nurtured for at least three months until our reps will be able to know if they are viable. This timeline is longer than anticipated, but we are optimistic about the potential.
I enjoyed working with the initial rep and campaign manager, but as the campaign manager left the company, there was a gap in expertise and customer care. This drop-off in quality of care was notified internally and caused team members to raise concerns. Hopefully, we will see improvements with the most recent change in campaign managers.
We have not used other content syndication vendors.

DemandScience is well suited for companies looking to start their content syndication programs at an affordable price. The competitors on the market have significantly higher pricing models. However, it lacks the sophistication you may see at more established companies. It may not be best suited if you want to run multiple complex campaigns, but it is a great place to start.
