Good option for call centers
Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad
It is used by the Benefits Assistance Program and the Senior Help Line, two call centers at the organization.
Pros
- Easy to handle
- Clear communication
- No background or interference during the call
Cons
- The transcript, in Spanish it doesn't work
- Makes our job easier
I did not make the selection. My supervisor did and considered Dialpad the best option.
