Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Sell

We use Dialpad Sell to transcribe and record calls, keep connected with our customers, keep connected with our employees who are out in the field, it also helps our customers reach us at any time of day, including after hours, weekends, and holidays, it has also helped us track our inbounds and out bounds

Dialpad Sell is Very easy to use, whether at home or in the office dial pad has very sleek and easy to use features, all features are easy to find and are pretty self explanatory, the switch from regular phones to dial pad was a very easy and non stressful switch for our whole team

Dialpad Sell has really helped us reach more customers than ever before, we also have very easy access to all of our previous calls, which comes in handy when we miss something in the notes, or there is a scenario where we need management to look it over, the AI transcribe has also helped as well by being able to quickly skim over the main points of the call instead of listening back

Using Dialpad Sell

1 - Our comfort consultant works with customers and provides them the best options on new systems for their homes. He measures their existing HVAC system and then goes over options including different efficiency ratings, warranties, and rebates. He uses Dialpad Sell to look at transcription of calls to save time and to also look back on previous calls.
