Dialpad Connect gives every employee a phone number that can be used to connect to customers and other employees. It replaced our landlines.

Dialpad Connect is extremely easy to use. When I am on a call, the automatic transcription has ensured that I haven't missed anything important. I can review the call and if necessary, I can listen to the messages that I have missed. The transcription has be so reliable, that I haven't needed to listen most messages.

Now, I would recommend them to my colleagues. It has met my needs for phone service and had been a great replacement of physical phones on the desktop.
