Also, it integrates with other tools like G Suite and Slack, so users can make and receive calls, send and receive messages, and join video meetings from one platform. Dialpad's mobile app allows users to make and receive calls, send and receive messages, and join video meetings on the go, using their mobile devices.

Dialpad is simply our main communication tool for all our inbound and outbound calls. When I faced an issue with the software, the mobile application helped to connect the call and it is more user friendly.
